To find information about specific topics it might be wise to use the powerful newsgroup search feature at www.dejanews.com.
There are a myriad of business newsgroups as you will see if you download newsgroups with the newsgroup facility incorporated with most e-mail programs. Among the e-commerce newsgroups you should find alt.internet.commerce and alt.ecommerce.
